All paid subscription plans (Pro and Elite) are billed on a 6-month commitment basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following: • Your subscription will be charged for the full 6-month commitment period. • Charges will continue to be applied until the full 6-month commitment period is fulfilled. • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current commitment period — you will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. • No refunds are issued for partial commitment periods unless required by applicable law. • Halo City Market reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers. Free plan members may upgrade to a paid plan at any time, at which point the 6-month commitment terms apply.

Trading signals provided through the Platform are shared for educational purposes only. They represent the personal analysis and opinions of the signal provider and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results. Signal accuracy, win rates, and performance statistics are historical and may not reflect future performance. To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials. Halo City Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By using the Platform, you agree not to: • Share, redistribute, or resell any Platform content, signals, or course materials without written permission. • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. • Harass, threaten, or harm other members of the community. • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content in community channels. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems. • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Platform content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, written content, signals, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Halo City Market and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from Halo City Market.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Halo City Market does not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. • Any information or content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current. • Results described or implied by any content will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo City Market disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Halo City Market and its owners, officers, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Trading losses or financial losses of any kind. • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. • Damages arising from reliance on any content, signal, or advice provided through the Platform. In no event shall Halo City Market's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

Halo City Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform or its members. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Halo City Market is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
